United States: Disneyland California and California Adventure

“Here you leave today, and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy”. For anyone who allows themselves to go back to being a child, to think like a child, to see the world like a child, and simple be a child, Disneyland will always be the best bet for a day full of fun and magic! This “magic” that Disneyland pertains to is not of the sorcery kind, but it’s the personal experience each one has to revel upon while inside the park.

Overused as it may seem, I would still attest in saying that Disneyland is the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH. I still couldn’t find the words to express how ecstatic I was as I explored Disneyland. Up to now, I could still feel the adrenaline fueling my excitement like a little girl on a field trip.

Mickey Mouse welcoming all eager visitors

Fortunate few who got welcomed by Mickey!

Disneyland California was a very different experience from Hong Kong Disneyland. Hong Kong Disneyland was amusing, but Disneyland Anaheim seemed to be extra entertaining as it offered so many thrilling experiences that I could just remember being extra giddy all day long. The rides were just so unique to the Disneyland Anaheim Park that it really gave me a delightful experience! Disneyland + California Adventure was such a perfect combo that spending all morning to evening around the park still was so much worth it! And in a heartbeat, I will surrender myself and go back to both Disneyland California and Disneyland California Adventure!

It’s a small world!

Hollywood Tower of Terror is the best ride ever!

Each Disneyland visit should have a mandatory ride to Space Mountain!

To cap off such a thrilling day, we had to indulge ourselves with Disney’s World of Color, a musical spectacle of lights and dancing fountains to complement our limitless imagination! It was my first time to see a water-musical show as astounding and as grand as this one! I’ve seen Sentosa Singapore’s very own Songs of the Sea, filled with music, lights, pyrotechnics, which was altogether a beautiful musical show. But Disneyland’s World of Color is much, much, much better! And yes, the Disneyland magic did its work just right that as it was truly an awe-inspiring musical, light, and pyrotechnic spectacle that all visitors of Disneyland California should watch.

To make the most of our experience, we enjoyed the night view of Disneyland!

Truly, the best way to experience Disneyland is to be like a child. And I had a grand time being one!

Yum! Yum! Turkey Leg almost gone! 😀
